Terms & Conditions 

*Maximum of 8 members team allowed including photographers. 

*Jodhpur slot timing needs to be booked before itself @Jodhpur setup with our employee.

* Morning slot is from 4am to 1 pm ( 4hours , 6 hours are allowed in the morning but 25k needs to be paid intially and  difference amount will  be refunded only if shoot is completed in exact time frame of 4 or 6 hours)

* Morning slot window is from 4am to 1pm  ( strictly to be checkout  by 1pm ) 

* Afternoon slot is from 2-10pm fixed 8 hours slot. ( No 4 and 6 hours slot in the afternoon slot).

*Key in time (room alloted time) is considered as start time.

* Rest payment must be done while collecting the keys according to the slot hours booked ( any extra hours charges will be collected a* the keys according to the slot hours booked ( any extra hours charges will be collected at the end of the shoot accordingly)

* Extra hour charges 3k.

* Please park your vehicle’s in the parking area alloted behind the flight area. ( For luggage car can be brought till road end and get back to parking area after luggage drop).

* Please drive the vehicles only the road and the grass area is wet region please avoid getting vehicles on top of grass.

* Sharpey light setup is limited to 20 min and Jodhpur setup is limited to max 20min shoot time ( If there are no waiting clients shoot can be continued as per the comfort). Rest of the setups are limited to 30 min shoot time

* Zomato / Swiggy is deliverable for lunch booking.

* Management is not responsible for any lost or damaged of client / photographer belongings. Please take care of your belongings .

* Any damages to props or sets is to be bear by the respective client/photographer.
